Signing in
Open the address your administrator gave you, then pick the sign-in method your organisation has enabled.
Ways to sign in
- Email and password — the default for accounts created directly in Recruify;
- Passkey — sign in with a fingerprint, face or security key registered on a trusted device;
- Company account or Google — if your organisation uses single sign-on (SSO), use that button instead of typing a password.
Two-factor authentication
When your account has two-factor authentication enabled, Recruify asks for a one-time code after the password is accepted. The code comes from the authenticator app you registered under Account → Security.
If you lose the device that generates the codes, use a saved backup code or contact your organisation's administrator.
Forgotten password
- Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
- Enter the email address of the account.
- Open the message Recruify sends and follow the reset link.
A reset link works once and expires. If yours has expired, request a new one.
After signing in
An account can belong to several teams. Recruify opens the team you used last — check the team name at the top of the navigation before you create or edit anything. See Workspace and navigation.
Candidate profiles are personal data. Never share an account, never pass on a verification code, and always sign out on shared machines. See Account and security.
When you cannot sign in
- Confirm you are on your organisation's Recruify address;
- Confirm an administrator has invited the account and the invitation has not expired;
- Reset the password if you are unsure of the current one;
- If your organisation uses SSO, a personal email account will not work — use the company account.
